Introducing our Graduation Celebration Experience at The Urban Suite — where everything is already curated for you. Walk into a pre-designed luxury setup (like this one 😍), sit down, and actually enjoy your night while we handle the details. For $1,650, you get: • A beautifully styled graduation celebration for up to 30 guests • 4 hours of event time • Your choice of time:   ☀️ 11AM–3PM (Brunch)   🌙 6PM–10PM (Dinner) • 1 hour prior access to add any custom touches or personal items • A preselected luxury decor design (no planning stress) • Speaker + microphones for music, toasts & vibes • 2 Hour Photobooth experience to capture every moment 📸 • Full cleanup included (yes, we got it handled) Want to elevate it even more? Add our cash bar — we provide the liquor + garnishes, you just show up and sip 🥂 This is for the ones who want a birthday that feels like a celebration, not just a reservation.


Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit & Payment Terms A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Events booked within 14 days must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in event cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. 2. Accepted Payment Methods We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and ACH where applicable. Any payment plan provider fees are the responsibility of the client. 3. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $300 is required, and is due 3 days before the event. A separate invoice will be provided. This deposit covers potential damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime usage. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the event, provided no damages or violations occurred. 4. Cancellation Policy All payments made are non-refundable. If the event is canceled more than 30 days prior to the event date, payments may be transferred ONCE to a future event date within 6 months, subject to venue availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date are non-transferable and non-refundable.
